"Crash" Craddock has enjoyed a career that few have lived. Beginning in broadcasting in Nashville in the 60s, he worked as the road manager for the "first all girls group" in history .. "The Feminine Complex", then, on the CBS's Johnny Cash Show, Nashville's first national television show, and for many entertainment related companies before being drafted by the U.S. Army for duty in the Vietnam War.

The Military sent him to Colorado where he dreamed of creating a music community like that in Nashville. After years of unrealized effort, he turned to advertising, developing "A Light In the Forest" .. a nationally recognized advertising agency. After selling ALITF, Craddock managed developing Artists, building a rehersal hal and recording studio for his Artist. During that period he began a career designing and building the largest, most technologically advanced dance clubs in the USA.

Longing to return to "Live" entertainment, Craddock developed Brittany Entertainment providing stage and roof systems up to 80' x 160", lighting, sound, power, and backline. He produced concerts and festivals coast to coast for Aspen, Harley-Davidson, WE Fest (50K), the State of Tennessee and Colorado, KYGO Radio (50K), Steamboat Springs and many more.

About 1990, Craddock returned to Nashville, and was exposed to the Internet.

By accident, he started an Internet and Technology company called 37212 Networks, where he and his group of talented designers and programmers produced over 300 Websites for Artists and all the major record labels (with the exception of SONY and Wariner). Sitting on board rooms weekly, working on the marketing strategies for Shania, Garth, O Brother, and hundreds more .. 37212 produced and maintained Websites for major labels included Capitol, Virgin, MCA, Mercury, Disney, Dreamworks, Universal, Daywind (Christain and Gospel) and many more.

37212 introduced the first three Internet radio stations to Nashville, and some of the first in the World, they championed digital music and promoted a major change that was coming to the music industry.

After being told by Vandy he had an incurable health problem .. Craddock gave it all away and returned to Colorado. In 2007, Crash realized he was gonna be around as long as anyone, so he returned to Nashville to create 37212 Entertainment .. the "future of music".

Convinced I'd be around awhile, began development of 37212 Entertainment. 37212 is not a label, but an organization that includes label services, management, booking, tour support, merchandising, music placement, publicity/marketing/promotion, "Live" and studio recording, graphics, CD production, and Artist guidance.

37212 is beginning slowly, choosing our Artist relationships carefully, looking for Artists that want a lifetime career in music and entertainment. We believe an Artist doesn't need to borrow to develop a career, but create a team of talent, and a business structure that pays the bills from day one. Building a career takes years, there is no reason to rush it by creating a huge debit from the beginning.
